Pull-Up Program
This program will teach you your first pull-up. Over 200 clients got their first pull-up, even if they were beginners. So you can do it too! This program is a perfect substitution for the Hybrid Body program, where we will work with additional accessory back-strengthening exercises that transfer to your pull-up strength.
Handstand Program
This program will teach you optimal handstand strength and body line that's needed for a freestanding handstand. Level 1 is for everyone who is a complete beginner to handstands. Level 2 is for beginner-intermediate handstanders and focuses on the perfect kick-up, and developing strength in wall assisted handstand positions. We are not balancing yet! This is part of Level 3 – coming soon!

I've created 28 on-demand full body mobility routines for you to follow along. These routines are designed to do whenever you have 5 minutes because they don't take longer than that.

Do I get personal support?
Yes! You have access to a personal chat to me. I’m excited to support and guide you on your journey in German and English!
Can I rearrange Workouts?
Yes! You can drag and drop your workouts according to your personal schedule.
Do I have to run?
No! You can do the endurance workouts with swimming or biking as well orskip them completely if you’re just interested in the strength workouts.
What equipment do I need for the program?
The strength sessions are based on gym equipment (primarily barbell, pull-up bar, dumbbells, kettlebells, ploy box, resistance bands, foam roller).
However, minimal equipment options are provided for certain exercises as well to make the workout suitable to your circumstances! Minimal equipment refers to resistance bands, dumbbells, and kettlebells.
How do I know if I execute an exercise properly?
You will see a demo video and instructions from me for each exercise. Your membership also includes personal technique feedback from me to up to five videos, so that you feel confident and safe in the gym.
How long do the workouts take?
The strength workouts take you around 70 minutes. In the express version, the workouts won’t take you longer than 40-50 minutes.
The endurance workouts range from 25-60 minutes. They build up in distance and intensity weekly so that your body can adapt to it.
The Active rest day is planned for 20 minutes.
Can I lose weight with this program?
Short answer: Yes!
With this program you can achieve muscle definition and lose bodyfat. However, losing or gaining weight is mainly about whether you eat in a caloric surplus or deficit. But I have a goal guide for you in my program to make it easy for you to choose the right nutritional approach.
Can I gain muscle with this program?
Yes! This program is specifically designed to build muscle and a balanced physique to increase performance (strength, endurance, and mobility). The program design includes all principles for optimal muscle growth and progress.
